Specific Skills:Full Requirements Masters Degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis on Transportation Engineering and Materials; plus one 1 year of experience working on Transportation Engineering projects, including road design, and computer aided design CAD services, using 3D Modeling Design Software AutoCAD Civil 3D andor MicroStation. At least three months of experience using programming languages Python, PHP, HTM, and SQL. As part of any civil engineering degree program, must have taken coursework in traffic analysis, using Traffic Simulation tools HCS, Synchro, SimTraffic, or VISSIM, and must have completed supervised projects or research in the area of civil engineering and transportation engineering, including data collection and analysis of road capacity, roadway planning and geometric roadway design, and transportation simulation. Position also requires certification as an EIT.
