Three years of experience using ComputerAided Design CAD software to prepare engineering drawing. 2. Writing research proposals and responding to RFPs Request for Proposals from funding agencies. 3. Designing heat and fluid transfer machines including fabric coating and curling, and temperature and humidity control test chambers, and setting up tests to support new product RD and process improvement. 4. Creating 2D and 3D drawings using SolidWorks or Creo of engineering designs and coordinating with machine manufacturers on new developments and requirements. 5. Performing simulations related to CFD Computational Fluid Dynamics for analyzing and optimizing fabric coating dryer processes. 6. Utilizing Computer Aided Manufacturing CAM software to machine test chambers and components for heat and fluid transfer machinery. 7. Utilizing simulation software ANSYS and MATLAB for product and process validation related to fluid dynamics and heat transfer applications and processes. 8. Utilizing MS Office and programproject management software MS Project or TeamGantt for project coordination, resource allocation and management. 9. Managing research projects in the field of air purification and radiative heat transfer, including coordinating crossproject activities, developing and controlling deadlines, budgets and activities, and identifying opportunities for continual improvement. 10. Preparing and submitting scientific reports, presentations, journal articles and invention disclosures for research and development in the field of energy transfer, fluid mechanics, materials development and applications. 11. Conducting energy audits and implementing energy conservation techniques for HVAC and mechanical machinery. 12. Developing strategies to reduce cost for production and processes while maintaining quality standards. 13. Analyzing customer complaints and creating models and data analysis to predict the root causes. Any and all experience can be gained concurrently.
