Experience must include working with energy modeling software IESVE; working with BIM software such as Revit, Sketchup, and AutoCAD; producing energy models and documentation for Washington State and Oregon State energy code mandated building compliance; submitting LEED project documentation specific to EAp2 and mechanical design credits; developing energy models and writing reports for various certification programs including ETO, WSSP, ELCCA, ENERGY STAR and WELL certifications; natural ventilation modeling, thermal comfort modeling, zero energy design, and daylight analysis.
