Requires two 2 years of experience with automotive circuit design per OEM standards using industry standard design tools such as Zuken, Altium or Cadence; programming Xilinx FPGAs using Xilinx Vivado IDE with HDL languages VHDL and Verilog; digital circuit design for uController or FPGA circuits; analog circuit design for power supplies including Buck and Boost; design and usage of automotive standard communication interfaces including SerDes Link, CAN, and Automotive Ethernet; 8D based automotive electronics return part analyses using stateoftheart measurement devices such as oscilloscopes, and data tools such as Vector restbus simulation; and PTC Integrity such as IMS or MKS for file and configuration management and issue tracking.
