Specific Skills:Skills Required Must have experience with intrinsic valuation skills i.e. discounted cash flows and public market valuation skills i.e. trading comparables valuation. Must have experience leading execution of buyside and sellside MA advisory, leveraged buyouts, and equity and debt offerings. Must have experience designing and leading due diligence efforts for buy side and sellside MA advisory transactions. Must have experience managing due diligence efforts for sellside MA advisory transactions. Must have experience with transaction combination analysis modeling accretion dilution, merger modeling, value creation analysis. Must have experience with leverage buyout analysis and structuring underwritten leverage finance transactions. Must have demonstrated knowledge of processes, procedures, and infrastructure for project execution. Must have presentation and content production experience. Must have industry experience within basic materials and experience generating industry content and financial analysis for clients andor transactions. Must have experience with employee management and business administration skills including team resourcing hiring firing and staffing, client planning, and career development. Must have experience with client communication, client management and client presentation.
