Position also requires experience inbr 1 Oil and gas facilities engineering including pipelines and field compression;br 2 Developing and using of typical process safety information including process flow diagrams PFD, piping and instrumentation diagrams PID, PSV calculations, and Process Hazard Analysis PHA;br 3 Management of Change MOC;br 4 Process simulation using industry related software including PROMAX, UNISIM, VMGSIM, compressor sizing, control valve sizing, separator sizing, equipment sizing; and ReDeSizer.br 5 Technical knowledge in refrigerationCryo plant engineering, design, and operations.br 6 Designing and troubleshooting piping layoutsupports, recognizing principles of pipe stress analysis, and applying principles of heat traceinsulation of piping systems.br 7 Applying complex components to Flare and Relief System Designs as appropriate for the application flare monitoring, gas analysis, PSV calculations.br 8 Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts SMEs, operations, and other support groups to make decisions on selection of equipment to optimize lifecycle cost in complex applications.br 9 Building full project controls, including scheduling, budget, reporting, project risks and opportunities, and contingency management.br br Occasional travel to various unanticipated sites throughout the U.S. required.
