Specific Skills:In H.4 and H.4B above, the education requirement is a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or related.br br In H.10B above, the experience requirement is three 3 years of experience in mechanical design.br br Special Requirements Work experience to include Three 3 years of 3D CAD such as SolidWorks 20162018 or Catia V5 plus; CNC Machining, Turning, Milling, Grinding, Stamping, and Heat treating; Process flows, DFMA, and DOE using Ansys or SolidWorks Simulation; Quality management systems; Product research and development, statistical Process Control SPC, or process capability studies; Geometric Dimensioning Tolerancing GDT; Reviewing engineering drawings for manufacturability and fixture design; PLM experience; High Voltage Battery pack design concepts; and Design for manufacturing and assembly.
