Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Science, Beverage Technology or a related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or with packaging systems optimization in the CPG industry.br br Must also have 2 years of experience in each of the following Working with food manufacturing and packaging including the aseptic filling process and PET bottle packaging technology; Applying knowledge of packaging materials and manufacturing technology in developing packaging solutions that improve productivity, packaging quality and product compliance with food safety regulations; Continuous improvement methodologies including Total Productive Maintenance TPM, or similar and DMAIC; Crossfunctional project management including coordinating project steps with internal and external business partners; and Providing technical training for packaging technology changes. Experience may be gained concurrently.br Must be able to travel domestically and internationally approximately 3050 of working time.
