Specific Skills:Bachelors degree U.S. or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent years of experience; three 3 years systems and programming experience; one 1 year of ETL development experience with IBM Data Stage ETL tool; one 1 year experience using at least one programming language; one 1 year experience with information technology concepts, application development methodology, terminology, and standards; understanding of UnixLinux system, files systems, or shell scripting; experience with databases including DB2 or SQL Server; proven analysis, design, and coding skills, and demonstrated success in leading large and complex projects; organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks with exceptional work ethic; possesses leadership skills; able to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical coworkers.
