Specific Skills:Must have one 1 year of IT recruitment experience. The one 1 year of IT recruitment experience must include experience with the following 1 managing a regionally based team of recruiters and administrators supporting all recruiting activities for project implementation; 2 promoting multiple recruiting plans among team members and across business units; and 3 developing and maintaining relationships with clients to expand areas of service delivery. In the alternative, we will accept a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering any, Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field, plus five 5 years of progressive postbaccalaureate IT recruitment experience. One year of the five years of progressive postbaccalaureate IT recruitment experience must include experience with the following 1 managing a regionally based team of recruiters and administrators supporting all recruiting activities for project implementation; 2 promoting multiple recruiting plans among team members and across business units; and 3 developing and maintaining relationships with clients to expand areas of service delivery. All experience may be acquired concurrently. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable. Travel relocation required.
