Must possess at least 2 years experience with each of the following FDA 21CFR part 820, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, and Good Manufacturing Practices GMP; CAPA Corrective Preventive Actions; New Product Development and Testing; Statistical analysis tools including process capability and measurement system analysis, and tolerance interval analysis with proficiency in Minitab; Process Verification Validation, Installation Qualification IQ, Operational Qualification OQ, Performance Qualification PQ and Test method development and validation TMV; Risk activities using DFMECA and PFMECA; Design and manufacturing documentation to include specifications, procedures, sampling methods, and GDT; and Root cause investigations using various quality tools 5 Whys, 6 M, Ishikawa Diagram, and Pareto Charts.
