Specific Skills:Masters degree in Energy Systems, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field 2 years of experience working in the electric utility industry. Prior experience must also include 2 years of experience in the following working in a consulting role in the electric utility industry; researching state and federal level policies related to distributed energy resources DER; supporting the integration of DER planning processes with traditional utility planning processes; supporting clients in preparing for public or regulatory meetings on electric grid topics with stakeholders; working with seniorlevel clients on electric grid topics; working with concepts related to electric grid modernization technology, DER, and power grid resilience; and providing advanced customer solutions and DER strategy.
