Requires two 2 years of experience in project management for new rubber product implementation in an automotive manufacturing environment and two 2 years with the following maintenance of product specifications in the rubber industry; Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentation of product performance key figures such as quality key figures; working within an interdisciplinary team in a manufacturing environment; and identifying and solving technical problems like the reduction of the scrap level for newly introduced products autonomously and within a team.
