Specific Skills:Requirements Masters degree in Engineering and Management, Business Administration or related field. The position also requires 1 year of experience in job offered or 1 year of experience in a related occupation in the following research company data and key performance indicators, based on analysis, to provide recommendations to improve efficiency of existing IT workflows and business processes as relating to mortgage lending technology; formulate new IT processes for end users with help from subject matter experts for using IT tools, privileged access and conducting business operations; mortgage lending technology, loan origination and servicing processes; work with developerstechnical subject matter experts to translate business requirements for mortgage lending into technology solutions, working with technical subject matters experts to develop, test and implement technology solutions for end users; design user acceptance testing scenarios around tool or software for business to test; assist business users in understanding test scenarios; test use cases with end users to identify defects in softwaretoolprocess; work with engineers to help rectify defects found in testing; financial regulatory compliance to ensure company is in compliance with SOX standards; NIST framework when implementing processes and standards; identify risks to company and work towards reducingeliminating risk by interpreting risk into technical tasks and undertaking remediation of said tasks with resources across multiple teams; maintain productproject backlogs, write user stories and acceptance criteria for user stories as relating to mortgage lending; and run agile ceremonies for scrum teams, monitor scrum metrics of Sprint velocity, team capacity and prioritize backlog. In lieu of Masters degree, employer will accept Bachelors degree in above related fields and 5 years of progressive work experience in mortgage lending industry. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience. Experience may be gained concurrently.br br BUSINESS NECESSITY The position requires the above listed academic qualifications and work experience in order for the Technical Project Manager to be capable of performing the subject job duties detailed above in a normally accepted manner. The nature of the position requires providing advanced capabilities in solving complex business problems and creating solutions for the companys core areas. Understanding the process and problemsolving techniques for business processes as well as using the latest information technology are key to the offered position. The subject position is not a runofthe mill or even entry level position. Rather this position requires multifaceted and complex job duties that involve coordinating projects, taking responsibility for projects, and communicating with senior management and other departments both formally and informally to ensure that their needs and requirements are met.
