Experience must include one year of experience with each of the followingbr 1 Technical collaborative experience working across functional departments concurrently;br 2 Design for Manufacturing experience with a focus on manufacturing cost optimization and MTM methodology;br 3 Welding Process experience including experience with tooling, equipment and international standards;br 4 Experience with different phases of project management and project execution for projects valued at up to 50 million USD;br 5 Experience in writingdevelopment of detailed technical management plans relative to heavy industrial manufacturing process;br 6 Experience with process integration techniques working with offshore and onshore teams;br 7 Experience in development of detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 software;br 8 Experience in financial reporting processes reporting to multiple levels of management;br 9 Experience using 3D design tools including Catia, Autocad, and 3D Inventor Software; andbr 10 Experience with problem solving tools including PFMEA and lean manufacturing.br Must be available to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States. Must be available to travel internationally up to 20 of the time.
