Experience must include 1 Five years of handson experience in SAP Advanced Planning Optimizer APO Supply Network Planning SNP and Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling PPDS design, configuration, and implementation, including SNP PPDS Optimizer. 2 Two years of hands on experience in IBP, Supply, Response and SOP. 3 One year of experience in HANA cloud integration. 4 Minimum of 3 full life cycle implementations, including 2 with global deployments. 5 Two years of experience in solution design across multiple subprocesses or SAP Modules, including Order to cash and procure to pay. 6 Demonstrated ability to understand the complexities of regional and global businesses and their role in Global Integrated Business Planning template. 7 Demonstrated ability to build relationships and interact effectively with all levels of the organization. 8 Ability to work independently andor lead a team to design, develop and implement Supply Planning solutions. 9 Demonstrated ability to influence across functional teams and manage relationships across multiple cultures. 10 Strong communication skills, specifically documentation of systems design, configuration, and process specifications.
