Conducting product analysis and troubleshooting using Epicor FrameworkTools ICE, Progress 4GL, and the following Microsoft development products SQL, C#, .NET, VB.NET, IIS, and TFS. 9. Providing technical leadership to a crossfunctional team in ERP product development.
