Analysis includes Greeks sensitivities of the convertible bond, convexity analysis, stress scenarios and takeover clauses pricing; Drafting written investment theses the equity component including comparables and DCF and quantitative analysis Greeks, implied volatility, implied credit spread of the specific structure of the convertible bond to assess its risk profile; Designing dynamic excel models VBA to follow portfolios exposures and currency hedging, and presenting global convertible trade ideas to the lead portfolio manager; Managing various convertible portfolios and present competitive advantages to prospects and clients; Leveraging advanced Excel and Bloomberg AIM skills in order to simultaneously produce, monitor and update several live portfolios; Executing convertible bonds, listed derivatives and OTC derivatives trades using EMSX and TSOX; Identifying convertible bonds in terms of liquidity, credit risk, rating, profile, fundamental qualitative and quantitative analysis and portfolio implementation; Developing internal rating methodology and the algorithm to assign an internal rating to issuers that are not rated by traditional rating agencies; Leveraging knowledge of European and Asian Convertible bond market and their specific features liquidity, legal clauses, trading to select and incorporate into portfolios.br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
