Specific Skills:The position requires a Masters degree, or higher, or foreign equivalent in Operations Research, Statistics, Engineering Management or closely related field. The position requires at least 2 years 24 months of experience as a Systems Engineer, Quality Management Engineer or closely related occupation working with the following tools and technologies Microsoft Visio, Six Sigma Tools, Process and Value Stream Mapping VSM, Pareto Analysis, Control Charts, FMEA, Access, SharePoint, Kaizen, JIT, Fish Bone and SIPOC Diagram, 8D, PDCA, Business Performance Reporting, Visual Management, Stakeholder Analysis, and Control Plans. All experience may be gained concurrently, before or after or during Masters degree program.
