Specific Skills:Bachelors degree in computer science, information systems, management information systems, or engineering and five years of overall progressive experience in Salesforce. Will also accept a masters degree in computer science, information systems, management information systems, or engineering and three years of experience in Salesforce. This experience must include three years of experience in the following skill sets 1 CRM with Service Cloud and Sales Cloud; 2 technical competency in SQL, SOQL, and Apex; 3 developing profiles, roles, and permission groups; 4 working on sharing rules, field, and organizational level security settings, data mapping, data recovery, data management, object modeling, and page layout designs; 5 integrations, including using ETL tools; 6 creating platforms with the ability to build custom applications, objects formula field, and workflow and custom views; 7 providing relational database, system, and application administration, system performance management, and capacity planning processestools, and implementing them; 8 offering entity relationship modeling and normalization; 9 implementing the analysis, design, code, development, testing, deployment, and support of mission critical software systems to include Salesforce, ETL, DemandTools, Apex, Data Loader, Workflow, and Process Builder.
