Full term of experience must involve designing and developing enterprise builds for software releases using latest development environments and knowledge of internals of OS platforms Windows workstation and server, MacOS, and mobile, virtualization technologies Citrix, VMWare, HyperV, AppV, and application development, integration, deployment and management tools; developing complex clientserver, webbased, cloud hosted, mainframe, and standalone applications used in financialbanking services industry under strict regulatory oversight requirements; defining process and criteria to perform assessment of all applications including middleware, browser, plugin, and other dependent applications to determine compatibility in compute environments; managing roaming profiles utilizing an indepth understanding of Users Profile structure, AppSense, Citrix Profile Management and folder redirection, DFS namespaces and replication; defining standard for application packaging, publishing and use of tools such as Citrix XenApp 6.57.15, AppV, Flexera Admin Studio, or ORCA; packaging and deploying software within a physical environment using Flexera Admin Studio and AppV Sequencing, SCCM application model, and Powershell, VBS, and other scripting; facilitating App layering technologies Unidesk, FlexApp, VmWare App Volumes, FSLogix, and MSIX AppAttach into existing environment; utilizing Active Directory Group Policy Management and Users and Groups to apply and enforce standard configurations; producing Service Design documentation including process definitions, engineering procedures, operational procedures, support procedures, and technology standards for all end user compute technologies; remediating systemic, high profile, and problems which cannot be properly resolved by Tier 1 Tier 2 levels of support; providing regular briefings to IT management, application suite managers, and senior leadership regarding active issues, service performance, and applications and client health; administration of Virtual desktop Infrastructure VDI and provisioning Services PVS. Monitoring overall systems performance and capacity to ensure service availability. Conducting regular Citrix maintenance and refresh activities; defining standards for and performing Configuration and management of Dell and HP Thin Clients using HP Device Manager and Wyse Device Manager; and providing guidance to change management for changes related to Citrix infrastructure.
