Specific Skills:Position requires a Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, or a closely related field of study, plus 5 years of experience in the job offered, or as an Assistant System Engineer Trainee, Assistant System Engineer, System Engineer, IT Analyst, Assistant Consultant, or similar position in Application DevelopmentTesting or BusinessSystems Analysis. Must have 3 years of experience working on ODS platforms and environments including development and modeling. Must also have 2 years of experience with each of the following working in the Personal Lines Policy Insurance industry; and working on Data Warehousing platforms including development and modeling. Additionally, specific experience must include working with Unix shell scripting, SQL, PLSQL, Informatica Power Center including DT, Informatica Cloud, OracleDB2 database technologies, XML, Java, Erwin including data modeling principles or concepts, GitHub, and Autosys technologies; working with Guidewire Policy Center; working with Mainframe Application Programming; working with Agile project methodologies and SQLETL performance tuning concepts; developing and supporting realtime or nearrealtime integration patterns including plugin or middleware consumption; and explaining complex concepts and issues in simple terms to technical and nontechnical audience.
