Applying agile methodologies, including scrum, rational unified process RUP, and Waterfall, in connection with full software development lifecycle SDLC, while demonstrating fluency in requirement management, including writing user stories, conducting scrum ceremonies, managing product, and sprint backlogs; developing, managing and supporting customer relationship management Salesforce CRM, enterprise resource planning platform Oracle Ebusiness Suite 11i, business rule authoring tool InRule and incentive compensation tools CallidusCloud; reviewing crossfunctional development, architecture, product, and stakeholder teams from levels of organization to define marketing, sales, and license management processes, fulfillment, quote, and order management in order to meet business requirements, align with strategic priorities for the company, and deliver lasting value.
