Experience may be gained pre or postgraduate degree. Alternatively, will accept a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Management of Technology, or related field and 5 years of IT industry experience.br br MUST HAVE 3 years of experience in technical presalessales engineering, consulting, and other customer facing role consulting on, delivering technical products or services; 1 year of experience in internet technologies, standards and protocols, including DNS, HTTPHTTPS, Web architecture and design; experience delivering streaming technologies HTTPbased streaming including HLS, HDS, Smooth, DASH, and Adobe Flash in the enterprise or B2C space, including content preparation encoding, transcoding, and packaging, server technologies, client and server playlistsmetafiles, custom media player creation, DRM, ad insertion, OTTsubscription services, and payperview; project lead experience with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects for Fortune 500 customers; experience working on and managing enterprise scale IT projects and experience in a customerfacing role requiring a high level of individual responsibility, sound business judgment, and large enterprise account management; and ability to engage, influence, and build trusted relationships with customers and have excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate highly technical information in a clear and concise manner.
