Experience must include a minimum of 1 year of experience with business systems analysis, including requirements analysis and definition; 1 year of experience with root cause analysis, developing business process flows, and designing, building, and testing application code; 1 year of experience with product design and development using ETL and Big Data tools and platforms, including Apache Spark, HBase, Hive, MapReduce, Pig, and Scoop; and 1 year of experience with Agile rapid application development, Cobol, Java, JCL, HP Quality Center, Mainframe, MS Excel for data reporting and modeling, MS Visio, Python, R, SAS, Scrum methodologies, SQL, UNIX, and User Acceptance Testing UAT.
