Specific Skills:Must have any experience with or knowledge of i collecting samples and executing latest ASTM D6751 test methods to ensure the final product meets standard specifications; ii preparing chemicals, developing dosing calculators by using Microsoft Excel and chemical properties to produce biodiesel and FDAapproved hand sanitizer; iii using, calibrating and cleaning laboratory glassware and equipment pH meter, Hydrometer, Refractometer, Centrifuge, Distillation Column, Gas Chromatography, etc.; iv using proper techniques to simulate biodiesel processes in the lab, such as feedstock pretreatment, trans or esterification, ionexchange polishing, fermentation, distillation and glycerin purification; v recording, measuring, and interpreting experimental data accurately for analysis report; vi designing new processes and improving productivity by using the knowledge of chemical engineering, such as material and energy balance, heat and mass transfer, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, etc.; and vii understanding safety issues related to both laboratory experiments and onsite processes.br br Note Because there is no primary experience requirement in the job offered, the Kellogg language is not required.
