Assay Development Six years cumulative research experience with design of assays for high throughput screenings for bioproducts analysis; in vitro and ex vivo cellbased assays to detect cellular metabolites in cell lysates or other biological matrices, including NADPH, ATP, lipids, carbohydrates, and membrane proteins. Cell Culture Four years experience in cell culture techniques, including growth of aerobic and anaerobic bacterial cells. Instrumentation Three years cumulative experience operating specialized analytical equipment, including gas chromatography, high performance liquid chromatography, fluorescence microscopy, RTPCR etc.
