Specific Skills:Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering and four years of Mechanical Engineer experience. In lieu of a Masters Degree, employer will accept a Bachelors Degree In Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering and 6 years of Mechanical Engineer experience. In addition, the following specific skills are requiredbr 4 years 6 years with bachelors degree of healthcare facility design and consulting experience for projects of at least 250 million, including control sequences HVAC system selection, coordination with other disciplines such as architectural, structural, electrical, and technology;br 4 years 6 years with bachelors degree of experience using load calculation software including TRACE and Microsoft Excel, including the ability to program with macros;br 4 years 6 years with bachelors degree of experience in each of the following rating systems and design codes and standards International Code Council, LEED, ASHRAE;br 4 years 6 years with bachelors degree of experience using building information modeling BIM software Revit MEP for building system modeling; and,br 4 years of experience writing construction specifications including CSI Division 20 and Division 23.br Must have a Professional Engineering License or the ability to become licensed in the state of Wisconsin employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
