Specific Skills:Requires a Bachelors degree 3 or 4year degree accepted or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Trade, Retail, or related field. Must have 5 years of experience with the following Adopting international requirements, procedures, training materials, and presentations to country specific circumstances, and maintaining and updating procedures and training materials in the database; planning, coordinating, implementing, controlling, and analyzing practical tests and projects in order to formulate recommendations to the board; analyzing and evaluating projects and their results; developing ideas andor practical solutions for streamlining sales processes; managing high level projects within the business; preparing presentations for various functions and departments within the organization; analyzing anomalies in operational KPIs and offering suggestions for improvement; training or guiding the work of other team members; effectively managing projects and project timelines and working independently and collaboratively to achieve short, medium, and longterm departmental visions; and evaluating industry best practices, monitoring developments and innovations within the retail sector, and implementing projects based on those that may be beneficial to the daily operations of the organization.
