With either combination of education and experience, must also possess experience with i operational flow analysis and improvement using value stream mapping, Methods Time Measurement and other lean tools such as 5S, Kanban, Overall Equipment Effectiveness, or Takt time; ii warehouse management practices for ABC analysis, cycle counting, replenishment planning, pick pack ship effectiveness and general Stock Keeping Unit management; iii working in an FDA regulated industry subjected to Good Manufacturing Practice; iv SAP, J.D Edwards or related ERP systems with an emphasis on material master, bill of material and routing configuration for manufacturing operations, product lifecycle management and warehousing tasks; v executing projects in the capacity of a project manager or project lead with a proven track record of crossfunctional leadership skills; vi ergonomic assessment skills using NIOSH guidelines for workplace ergonomics; vii analytical and mathematics skillset for statistical process control and variance analysis; viii change management through Kaizen or continuous improvement projects; and ix assimilating and presenting data to management in the form of operational Key Performance Indicators using PowerBI charts, MS Excel and Access VBA tools, or Tableau. 25 domestic and international travel required
