Specific Skills:Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or related field and 3 years of Central Marketing Associate CMS experience. Experience must include the following Experience completing and coordinating completion of marketing inquiries globally, providing comprehensive reports and solutions for equity and fixed income portfolios as well as economics data; ensuring marketing material is properly generated, stored, audited and distributed across the firm on a monthly basis includes attribution, allocations and investment characteristics; experience using FactSet applications such as Portfolio Analysis, Data Central, Portfolio List Manager, Batcher, Publisher, SPAR and Formula Development environment; identifying, analyzing and troubleshooting portfolio performance and analytics errors in FactSet in collaboration with IT and AccountingOperations.; ongoing maintenance of representative accounts to ensure data accuracy across all asset classes and strategies in FactSet and internal systems; collaborating with Risk Management, Portfolio Managers and Compliance to develop and maintain global data standards to guarantee consistency across asset classes and strategies and ensure high quality reporting; performing detailed quantitative and qualitative research and analysis to devise reports that summarize investment performance for institutional clients and support product sales in complex financial securities or trading capabilities.
