Prior experience must include at least two 2 years of experience appearing before administrative tribunals, and in arbitrations and dispute resolution proceedings, involving contract disputes, class actions, and property disputes nationwide; representing prominent U.S. and foreign financial institutions and corporations, and their officers and directors, in complex multimillion dollar actions, including individual and class actions, arising under federal and state laws; preparing legal analyses on complex securities regulation issues, involving violations of the Securities Act of 1933 and Securities Exchange Act of 1934; preparing legal analyses on commercial litigation issues, including breach of contract claims, tort claims, partnershipjoint venture disputes, class actions, business torts, civil RICO claims, breach of fiduciary duty allegations, and shareholder issues; preparing materials for depositions, including drafting deposition outlines, reviewing prior publications, written work, and testimonial history of witness, and conducting background investigations; and drafting legal documents, including outlines of motions, memoranda of law, and briefs.
