Qualifying seven 7 years of experience must be in large organizations in areas of procurement, supplier management, strategic sourcing, and process improvement.br br In H.8A and H.8C above, the employer will accept a Masters degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering or related and three 3 years of experience in the job offered or three 3 years of experience in the alternate occupations of Global Supply Manager, Procurement Manager, or Strategic Sourcing Manager in lieu of a Bachelors degree or equivalent and seven 7 years of experience as described above. Qualifying three 3 years of experience must be in large organizations in areas of procurement, supplier management, strategic sourcing, and process improvement.br br Special Requirements Work experience to include Understanding of cost structures for various battery raw materials including metals, separator, electrolyte and nonactive materials; Experience industrializing and ramping novel form factors; Knowledge of battery manufacturing equipment; Understanding of electronics and electrical concepts; and Experience with failure analysis and root cause investigation for batteries and other electronic assemblies. Up to 20 travel required 10 international10 domestic to unanticipated Tesla sites to carry out technical integration work. Travel expenses paid by employer.
