Specific Skills:The four 4 years of experience in Section H must be related experience. Experience must include three 3 years of experience, which may be concurrent, in all of the following 1 Optimization solution development with a clientcustomer focused delivery outcome. 2 Designing and developing predictive and optimization models in the following categories Retail Inventory Management; time series demand forecasting; inventory allocation optimization among the warehouses; optimizing on economic order quantities EOQ using the demand forecast and packing quantity; and optimizing revenue for warehouses by maintaining supply and demand equilibrium. 3 Working with commercial Mathematical Optimization Software Xpress andor IBM CPLEX with additional experience in commercial model development platforms, OPL, XpressMosel to solve mathematical programming problems, including linear nonlinear mixed integer programming. 4 Maintaining automated packages by integrating data with MS Access to create dashboardsforms for searches related to products and to show the products demand forecast. 5 Designing and developing modeling methodologies building time series demand forecast using polynomial regression and triple exponential smoothing techniques; linear optimization technique on maximizing the overall order fulfilment rate and the product availability rate calculating the allocation need to be made for different company owned distribution channels from central main warehouse; picking up anomalies in the inventory levels of products while non confirming to demand; and running correlation analysis between similar products to understand differences in the demands or while launching new but similar products. 6 Working with SQL querying, VBA for MS office, Python and Tableau for dashboarding. All experience may be gained concurrently and may have been gained before, during or after completion of the Masters degree program. Domestic travel required up to 10 of the time.
