Digital controller design and analysis, including model identification, model order reduction, polezero placement, timedomain analysis, frequency analysis, PID parameter tuning, gainphase margin analysis, and stabilityrobustness analysis;br 4. Adaptive controller design, including model structural analysis, uncertainty parameterization, static integral adaptation, dynamic gradient adaptation, nominal performance recovery, closedloop reference model, persistent excitation, positivenegative definite matrices, and Lyapunov stability;br 5. State estimator design and analysis, including frequency spectral analysis, ExtendedKalmanFilter EKF, complementary filter, IIR filter, FIR filter, and Butterworth filter;br 6. Machine learning models including Bayesian inference, support vector machine, logistic regression, probabilistic models, gaussian process and clustering methods;br 7. Computer vision techniques including orientation representation, coordination transformation, single shot detection, optical flow algorithm and stereo vision formulation; andbr 8. Vehicle state estimator such as Kalman Filters, vehicle trajectory planning such as convex optimization, and vehicle dynamics control such as adaptive control.
