The individual must possess financial sophistication and knowledge to respond effectively to inquiries from members, regulators and others parties, as required.br br Therefore, it is necessary that the qualified individual possess, at a minimum, a Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting or Statistics Masters degree preferred and a minimum of ten 10 years of postbaccalaureate experience in managing a Hedging Trading desk, trading of mortgages and maintenance of mortgage position. Through the required formal education and experience, an individual acquires the mathematical skills and ability to develop and interpret financial analyses including returnoninvestment, total cost of ownership, net present value, etc., as it pertains to mortgage pricing strategy and trading. These skills are essential to effectively fulfill the highlevel, technical duties and responsibilities of the Senior VP, Head of Mortgage Pricing Strategy and Trading.
