Will accept candidate with any suitable combination of education, training or experience.br br Applicants experience must includebr br Advanced financial and accounting skills, including familiarity with GAAP, IFRS, and customary financial adjustments and experience conducting Discounted Cash Flow Analysis, Investment Return Analysis, and Valuation modelling.br Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.br Proficiency using Bloomberg, Debtdomain Intralinks Syndtrack.br Experience in the oil and gas sector andor corporate finance within financial institution, including a solid understanding of the global natural gas and oil markets and oil exploration and production, as well as experience working with Oil Gas production data.br Working knowledge of the Liquefied Natural Gas industry fundamentals, including global supply, demand, key players, new entrants, trade flows, and LNG project and transport economics.br Experience with commodity trading, standby and documentary Letters of Credit, commodity swaps, interest rate swap, futures and other derivatives. Managing the monitoring of a sizeable portfolio of assets min. 1 billion.br Experience with Corporate and Investment Banking markets, financial modeling, and Accounting and Finance disciplines, including cash flow lending, credit analysis, and the loan credit documentation process.br Experience in structuring transaction, negotiating term sheets, and credit agreements.br Must be willing to travel in the U.S. and Europe up to 25 of time.
