Specific Skills:Requires a Master of Business Administration and one 1 year postbachelors progressive experience in all of the following Businesstobusiness marketing working with a dedicated marketing team and salesforce to reach customers in one or more of the following Food Beverage market segments Beverage, Brewery or Dairy; Business segment PL management and implementing margin enhancement activities for a business greater than 50M in sales; Developing and supporting strategic marketing plans for a 50M businesstobusiness product and service program, developing customer value propositions and creating associated sales materials in the Food Beverage cleaning and sanitizing industries; Experience developing and conducting at least one U.S. market research projects in cleaning and hygiene products for the Food Beverage industry, including the development of quantitative and qualitative surveys, voiceofbusiness interviews, market sizing reports and pricing models; Performing product lifecycle management including determining customer requirements, coordinating product development projects and providing postlaunch support; Using advanced marketing analytical techniques to develop marketing insights and strategic directions; Performing market segmentation, targeting and positioning activities; Experience in global crossfunctional teams to deliver new innovations in Specialty Chemicals products in the Food and Beverage industry utilizing a Phase Gate Management process; Experience in developing and deploying strategic plans and associated tactics to grow in the business segment; Experience in leading crossfunctional teams across the regions; Experience of communicating effectively with all levels of the organization. 10 global travel required.
