Specific Skills:This position requires a Bachelor degree, or foreign equivalent, in Electronic Engineering, or Building Automation, plus 5 years of work experience in airside Mechanical equipment. Additionally, the applicant must have professional experience with 1 Electronic control systems and low voltage electronics; 2 Alerton Visual Logic DDC programming and PLCSCADA system migrations; 3 HVAC equipment sequence of operation development, including all airside equipment such as, VAV, FCU, AHU, RTU, VVT, DATA Center AC, hydronic system, Chiller and central plant operational experience; 4 Assisting in designing complete Building Automation control system and network architectures using network devices, DDC controllers and relay logic; and 5 AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, Teamup, and CxAlloy.
