Specific Skills:Educationalexperiential requirements Bachelors degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field, and seven years of experience managing fund distribution business across wealth management and institutional market segments.br br Skill requirementsbr br Understanding of Latin American local regulatory frameworks and fund distribution rules, with a special focus on pension funds and insurance companies across Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Chile Peru.br Understanding of Brazilian local markets and managers enabled to generate alpha irrespective of AUMs local global macro boutiques, Brazilian longshort equity, and market neutral, amongst others.br Experience with quantitative and qualitative fund analysis.br Experience advising international managers on setting up a presence in Latin America, and providing market intelligence and regulatory information.br Experience dealing with fund platforms to monitor clients flow and maximize partner engagement, including Allfunds, FundSettle, and wirehouses; and selfclearing firms such as INTL FCStone, IB, and Pershing.br Knowledge of Morningstar Direct.br Knowledge of UCITS regulatory framework and tax efficiency across different jurisdictions.br Ability to design a detailed business plan aligning fund managers strategies and strengths, targeting audiences pension funds, insurance companies, family offices, private banks across US offshore, Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Peru and Uruguay.br br Travel requirements 30 domestic travel, and 30 international travel.br br Employer will sponsor for SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 if not already licensed.
