Specific Skills:1. Experience in the design, development, testing and deployment of new features or applications built using the Salesforce platform, including Force.com platform, visualforce, and workflow.br 2. Ensure security of Salesforce features or applications by correct implementation of the Salesforce Security model profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules, etc.br 3. Ensure scalability and performance by understanding and applying SFDCspecific design and coding best practices, understanding Governor Limits and other platformspecific limits.br 4. Maintain and debug existing systems by using Salesforce specific debugging skills use of debug logs, APEX log replayer andor APEX debugger.br 5. Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Salesforce integrations, data loads, conversions using salesforce data loader and other scripting language.br 6. Perform complex release of application in production, and gather and analyze requirements.br 7. Performance tuning of complex processes, reports, integrations using Salesforce and Jenkins tools.br 8.
