Integrating Network Monitoring tools including Solarwinds and Nervecenter utilizing IBM Tivoli NetcoolOmnibus and IBM Tivoli NetcoolImpact;br 3. Designing and implementing FirstSecond Level operational dashboards utilizing IBM Tivoli NetcoolWebGUI;br 4. Troubleshooting various issues related to Network monitoring tools utilizing methods including either SNMP, Syslog, or TCPIP;br 5. Platforms including either Unix, Linux, AIX, or Windows;br 6. Protocols including SNMP, TCPIP Sockets, Syslog, SMTP, JSON SOAP Request.br 7. Mentoring Junior team members, track issues via ITSM tools including ServiceNow, remedy following industry standard ITIL processes;br 8. Ability to generate the reports from historical using sSQL Skills building complex queries to extract data for business and operational needs from DB Platform including either MS SQL, Oracle, or Sybase;br 9. API and Restful principles, able to utilize Rest API for integrations with 3rd Party systems; and,br 10. Developing automations or Web UI Consoles for manual standard operating procedures and processes for the tools utilizing open source technologies and scripting languages including either Python, Perl, or Shell Scripting.
