Specific Skills:Requires a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Packaging Science, Food Engineering or a related field and 6 years of experience in the job offered or with product or packaging development. In lieu of a Bachelors degree and 6 years of experience as stated, will accept a Masters degree or foreign equivalent in stated field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or with product or packaging development. All stated experience must include applying knowledge of packaging technologies including glass jar design and manufacturing, root cause analysis, filling and process equipment, flexible packaging for shelfstable thermally processed foods and defect identification; project management including leading global teams and cost saving initiatives; ensuring products and processes comply with industry safety standards and Good Manufacturing Practices GMPs; and, communicating complex technical concepts in business terms to senior management and stakeholders through presentations and written reports.br Must be able to travel approximately 25 of working time to Nestl factories and supplier facilities.
