Must have 3 years with each Advanced Programming skill SQL, SAS, and Hyperion; Advanced Visualization skill of data through dynamic platforms and dashboards Tableau and Power BI; Using Arc GIS and NYS mapping clearinghouse to aid expansion of providers network for NYS Medicaid population; Provider network adequacy analyses, including driving time analysis using statistical software and Google Maps API application programming interfaces and heat maps for access gap analyses; Creating statistical optimization models with multiple constraints for budgetary simulation, solution, and consultation with provider agencies; Using statistical models, such as propensity score, in SAS or STATA, to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of programs and policies on population health; Analyzing the compliance and performance of contractors MCOs against legislative regulations, such as prompt pay laws; Utilizing national and industry endorsed metrics to evaluate population mental health using statistical method; Analyzing Medicaid and Managed Care Organization MCO data using modelling techniques and methodologies panel data models, nonlinear regression, structural equation model, hierarchical linear model, hurdle model, duration and survival analysis, and Monte Carlo simulation; and Using large relational databases that contain patient health information, and familiarity with diagnosis codes, and Current Procedural Terminology CPT codes.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
