Specific Skills:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Management Information Systems, or a related field, or foreign degree equivalent and two years of experience in analysis, risk management, and improving efficiency for business solutions projects. Experience must include two years of experience in each of the followingbr br 1. Evaluating and analyzing internal systems and process effectiveness using elicitation methods and techniques including onsite observations, shadowing target user groups and conducting deepdive sessions;br 2. Collaborating with stakeholders on key project objectives, scope of work, implementation and change management;br 3. Gathering operational data for Financial Surveillance, Audit and Reporting purposes, developing business models and creating requirements based on the data outputs;br 4. Creating business efficiency reports and recommendations using MicroStrategy and IBM Cognos tools;br 5. Conducting data modeling and post production performance assessment using Tableau;br 6. Creating data mappings, class and ER diagrams using SQL queries in Oracle database;br 7. Building project plans, WBS, Gantt charts, and breaking down the scope of projects into granular milestones;br 8. Creating workflow visualization using UML sequence and usecase diagrams with MS Visio and Rational Rose;br 9. Building product prototypes and mockups using MS Visio, Balsamiq and Enterprise Architect tools; andbr 10. Coordinating user acceptance testing and generating UAT reports.br br Experience may be gained concurrently.
