Specific Skills:Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Training, Education, Science, Engineering or related plus 10 years experience in a Human Resources or Training role. In lieu of a bachelors degree, employer will accept an additional 2 years experience in a Human Resources or Training role. Of the required experience must have 8 years experience in each of the following Leadership or management experience with a multifunctional, multilocation organization; Leading or managing site based trainers or training teams managing training centers with high volume; and developing and managing budgets and business plans. Of the required experience, must have 5 years experience in the following working in a Human Resources or Training Role in the LNG Industry; designing, developing, and delivering training programs in the LNG Export industry; utilizing ConocoPhillips Optimized Cascade Process, including the startup of new facilities and thirdparty vendor management; creating strategic training direction from vision to design to implementation, including workforce plans, LNG technical talent pipelines, and stakeholder engagement; building strategic partnerships with educational institutions by developing programs for the LNG industry which leads to employment; utilizing ISO methodologies in relation to regulatory training requirements within the LNG industry; experience in a role that includes training, assessing and verifying employee aptitude as it relates to LNG regulations compliance.br br Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 30 of the time to meet business needs.
