Each spring, the Calgary Board of Education offers a school bus orientation program for first-time riders and their parents, called My 1st Ride.

Each spring, the Calgary Board of Education offers a school bus orientation program for first-time riders and their parents, called My 1st Ride. There is no charge for the event.
The program consists of a 20-minute presentation followed by a short ride on a school bus.
Attendants must register in advance. Spots are limited and are on a first-come, first-served basis.
The 2017 orientations will take place Saturday, May 27 and Sunday, May 28.
