玩意味着什么？公共艺术……又该如何定义呢？

来自Elbow Park School的五、六年级学生通过他们的项目“共舟同济”探索了这些问题。

在一次公共艺术之旅的启发下，他们设计了一个互动艺术装置“共舟同济”，邀请过路人停下脚步，观看并参与互动。

学生们专注于利用废弃材料创建原型，测试它们，进行修改，再次尝试。他们通过玩耍材料来寻找一个耐候的漂浮船只。他们希望自己的作品能激发他人的玩乐精神。

​What does it mean to play? What makes public art…..public art?

Grade 5 and 6 students from Elbow Park School have explored these questions through their project “All in the Same Boat”.

Inspired by ideas and discussions from a group public art walk, “All in the Same Boat” is designed to be an interactive art installation that invited passers-by to pause, view, and play!

Focusing on using recycled materials students created prototypes, tested them, made modifications and tried again. They played with materials in their quest to create a weather resistant boat that floats. Their hope is that their works inspire others to play.
