许多学校参加了“你的学校的CPL”或“与你的学校一起参观图书馆”项目。对于无法去图书馆的学校，CPL书车将图书、视听资源和服务带到学校社区。除了面对面的机会，许多在线资源为卡尔加里教育局的学生提供支持。持有免费图书馆卡的CBE学生可以随时访问数字和与课程相关的电子资源。年长的学生可以访问在线课程、语言学习工具、工作搜索和职业规划支持。支持您的青少年进行职业探索只是众多可用项目之一。教师还可以访问教育工作者的专业资源，并为新移民提供各种服务和支持。

学生放学后可以去当地图书馆使用互联网、借用笔记本电脑或Chromebook并打印出家庭作业。为满足多样化人群的需求，CPL提供特殊服务工具和资源，包括配备辅助技术的ALEX（无障碍图书馆体验）工作站。

随着新中央图书馆于2018年11月1日开放，许多新功能和计划将为所有卡尔加里教育局的学生提供扩展机会。有超过30个可预订的会议室供学生团体使用，另外还有包括青少年中心、装备有新兴技术的创客空间和原住民场所营造中心等创新空间。新的卡尔加里图书馆校园将参与各种项目，受启发于新中央图书馆的为期一周的沉浸式图书馆体验。

卡尔加里教育局的学生、教职员工和家庭可以在2018年11月3日和11月4日的“家庭娱乐周末”上探索并庆祝新中央图书馆的开放。

The Calgary Board of Education has a long standing, enduring partnership with the Calgary Public Library. This partnership continues to expand and diversify over time. The Calgary Public Library has an array of resources, programs and services that support CBE students, staff and families.

Many schools engage in CPL at Your School, or Visit the Library with Your School programs. For those that cannot visit the library, the CPL Book Truck brings books, audio/visual resources and services to the school community. In addition to face-to-face opportunities, many online resources provide support for CBE students. With their free library card, CBE students have anytime access to digital and curriculum connected eResources. Older students have access to online courses, language learning tools, supports for job search and career planning. Support Your Teen with Career Exploration is just one example to the many programs available.  Teachers also have access to specialised resources for educators and there are a variety of services and supports for newcomers.

Students can visit their local library after school to access the internet, borrow a laptop or Chromebook and print out homework assignments. To meet the needs of a diverse population, the CPL provides Special Services tools and resources, including ALEX (Accessible Library Experience) workstations, equipped with assistive technologies.

With the opening of the New Central Library on Nov. 1, many new features and programs will provide expanded opportunities for all CBE students. Over 30 bookable meeting rooms are available for student groups, plus new innovative spaces including a Teen Centre, a Maker Space filled with emerging technologies and Indigenous Placemaking Centres. The new Campus Calgary Library School will engage in a diversity of programs inspired by week-long immersive library experiences in the new central location.
