​March 11 to 15, 2019 is Substitute Teachers’ Appreciation Week. This is an opportunity to celebrate and show our appreciation for the important role these teaching professionals have in the daily education of our students.

The Calgary Board of Education is thankful for the vital work our substitute teachers do in maintaining learning continuity for our students and teachers. We are grateful for their contributions in our schools and the wealth of knowledge and experience they bring to our classrooms.
